Herbert Fletcher ii came to Colombia on multiple occasions to abuse minors with his American friends. He would target the most vulnerable and film the abuse.
In 2019, he was arrested by the Colombian police. And in 2023 he was sentenced to 94 months in federal court in The Eastern District of New York.
Herbert Fletchers attorneys tried to paint our survivors as sex workers. They stood up in federal court and told him what they thought of him, that they weren’t sex workers but victims of an evil man who manipulated them and hurt them.
And they themselves pulled themselves up from the ashes to build a life that they wanted to create.
